The saltwater pool reduces the use of chlorine and chemicals. We pay attention to water consumption and the irrigation of green spaces.

We respect the surrounding landscape. The vegetation is local, the green spaces are maintained without aggressive products. The olive trees and vineyards are not scenery: they are the territory.
Slow mobility
We are in an ideal area for those who want to move on foot or by bike. We are happy to help you plan car-free itineraries between villages, wineries and lake shores.
Conscious consumption
We limit single-use products. We use low-impact cleaning products. Small choices, but concrete ones.

We recommend local producers, wineries, markets and restaurants that value the territory. We believe that an authentic stay also passes through local food and wine.

Before you arrive
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. For different times, please contact us before arrival.
The pool is seasonal, open approximately from May to September. Saltwater is more natural for the skin and requires fewer chemical treatments.
The shared kitchen is available to all guests, equipped for breakfasts, light lunches or self-catering dinners. We ask guests to respect the shared spaces.
Breakfast is not included. The shared kitchen is available for self-service breakfasts. We're happy to recommend local bars, bakeries and markets nearby.
Private parking available free of charge for guests.
The property is primarily couple-oriented but warmly welcomes families with young children. Single beds or cribs available on request. Children up to 16 stay free when accompanied by a parent.
Pets are accepted only on prior request and approval. Please let us know when making your availability enquiry.
The shared living room is a bright, welcoming space where guests can relax, read or converse. It is designed for informal gathering.
Casa Ulivi del Garda is a carefully shared private home. We ask for respect for shared spaces, quiet during night hours and consideration for other guests.
